Hard to not be confident. Avs looking like they are nowhere on the level of Vegas. Especially without Toews and Nuke.

Hopefully we don't take out foot of the gas expecting a win.

I'd assume Toews is back.

Stars need to keep their foot on the gas. Don't give Colorado any sort of life

Very important game. Major lesson for this team to learn. Have to close out teams when you have a chance on home ice. They are in the ropes. Finish them.

Tanev is good to go, but Hintz is out

That has me concerned about Hintz. Stars really need to win tonight. Day to day in the playoffs might as well be week-to-week when you consider Hakanpaa is "day-to-day"

Which one of the wingers that has played center in the past usually moves to Center first? Seguin?

Robo - Seguin - Stank
Benn - Wyatt - Daddy/Pavs
March - Duchene - Pavs/Daddy
Smith - Faksa - Steel

Robertson - Johnston - Stankoven

Smith - Faksa - Dadonov

Is what I would like to see.

I think Steel has earned a game in the top 9.

If the Duchene line had been better this postseason I would be happier about this lineup. But I agree about Steel, he has been great in his role. Plus, being at home we might be able to get that super sexy top line out there against lesser competition.

I think since Marchment returned that line has been fine. The production hasn't quite been there, but they've looked dangerous at 5v5 and more importantly have still been solid defensively and in transition.

Daddy has been better than Steel IMO. Steel was invisible the entire first series. Better against Avs tho.

if i had to bet this is where faksa comes in, but damn it seems like a good place to give mav a shot. lotta hockey to go, and depending on the length of roope's injury you might prefer to skew towards an offensive replacement.

I imagine Faksa will slot in to the lineup. I’d rather him than Delly vs the Avs.

DeBoer already said Faksa is in tonight
