Excited for the kid. Has an extended 9 game tryout. Holmberg and Robertson can come up and down without waivers. I bet they keep McMann up as the extra while Timmins is put on LTIR.

Though Tavares has looked really fresh this preseason. So hopefully that carries over into the regular season and beyond.

He seems to always start well and then fades midway through. Wish we'd just transition him to wing at this point.

I get fans are excited about Minten but I am shocked he made the team. Cant see him being here after 10 games. Pulling for the kid but Holmberg should be the starting 3rd line Center.

Not really sure how that helps him. He needs to play. If he can stay healthy he can good minutes in AHL and prove himself
Leafs have given him opportunities when healthy and will continue to do so
