• Orlando forward Tyler Bird

Each are on a one-game timeout for misconduct during Friday night's games.

Toledo holds off Wheeling in a 5-3 victory (ENG in the closing minute), taking a 2-0 series lead in the Central. Play shifts to WVa, with "Country Roads" sung by the Huntington Center faithful still ringing in the Nailers' ears.

Idaho rang the iron at least twice early in Game 1 vs. KC before the Mavericks shook off the first round sweep cobwebs & scored 4 straight goals. The Steelheads finally scored late in the 3rd, breaking KC's PK success streak since the playoffs started. Idaho scored once more in the final minute to wrap up the game. Final score = KCM 4 - IDA 2. The regular season champion Mavericks lead the Mountain Division Finals series 1-0 headed to Game 2 on Sunday afternoon @ Cable Dahmer Arena-Independence, MO.

If Game 1 @ Cable Dahmer was sold out, then: (1) their concessions management must still be as bad as it was the last time I visited; or (2) there must've been a highway or two shut down preventing ticketholders from reaching the arena. Saturday's Flo coverage showed a significant number of empty seats throughout the seating bowl over the whole game. Today's game attendance looks a lot higher, but still some empties visible.

This Game #5 Change Announcement isn't likely to matter, considering how the Everblades have manhandled the S'Bears in two games so far. But for completeness, I have updated the Division Finals schedule post.
