I'm a Brewer, so I make all Kinds of Beers.
Munich Lager is my Fav.
I do enjoy Fullers ESB From London as an example of Ale...
I am very fond of this Japanese "Scotch".

I a great lover of Fuller's ales. London Pride and ESB are great but the best of the bunch is is 1845 and HSB. Thoroughly fantastic beers.

Yes, I have Cloned the ESB and have it as my "House Ale" for regular daily consumption. I use 4 different types of Crystal Malt and NO Flaked Maize to make mine. Fullers ESB actually used to use Flaked Maize as an adjunct. I also use some Vienna malt to capture the light Toastiness of the Beer.
I even use Fullers own Liquid Yeast called Wyeast 1968 culture.
