What kind of gym should I go to?

I don’t know which one you are referring too but the one I went 4 years ago was paaaaaaaacked as hell and totally a non beginner friendly gym with steroids users.

Out of curiosity, why you think it wasn’t beginner friendly? Because of the steroid users?

the best time to go is at night if you can. i find 9pm and on its dead at my location. Im a beginner myself. Get some tips on how to use machines you're not familiar with that way you feel more confident using them. I did. Couldnt give a single shit about the steroid users.
