I took a spill and suffered a Grade II sprain of my shoulder. The doctor said I could still work out but he also said to avoid overhead movements.
In the meantime, I think I am stuck with isolation work for my upper body. Is there an effective way to work the upper body with no overhead movements and reduced shoulder flexibility?
