How do they plan to integrate the NA based players?

I propose we make a list of underagers who did not make it, but are still eligible next year(and would not look out of place this year, but something has to give). Why no Fedotov, Poltapov.

To be fair, Fedotov is there, just the older one.
Was hoping to see Ilya. Worried this team will be a bit soft.
It's not like he would be a powerforward though.
Which guys do you feel would be good checkers on this squad?

Too bad Bakanov is hurt. Miroshnichenko can be physical when he is engaged. I don't know if he ready this year though.
Thanks. I think for NA-based players, I'd just want Chayka and Kuznetsov (maybe on the same pairing) and that's it. The forwards look fine to me, despite some question marks about size and grit.
Via OHL expert Brock Otten. I wonder how highly Mintyukov is thought of in Russia , among National team coaches and if he is a WJC candidate
Bold claim. That would put him ahead of Chayka(38th overall). Should we believe it? I think the body of evidence is not there yet. Next year, like so many other underagers.
is Bakanov the type of player would be a good 4th line checking role? he has the size i seeDemidov is out with an injury, Andrei Bakanov replaces him.

That is bad news! Demidov is really a talented player and goal scorer. No chance of recovery in time to travel to NA?

Surprisingly Demidov is actually back.
