How would you rank this 2nd tier leagues in Europe and North America from best to worst?

Mestis. (Finland level 2)
HockeyAllsvenskan (Sweden level 2)
DEL 2 (German level 2)
SL (Swiss level 2)
1.Liga (Czech level 2)
1.Liga (Slovak level 2)
AHL (North America)
ECHL (North America)

And which top level leagues would you compare it with?. E.g. AHL comparable to SHL, or DEL2 comparable to EIHL(English icehockey league)?

would be my top 5.

AHL is basically same level as SHL, NLA, Liiga.

The AHL's problem as a farm league is that despite having some good young talents it will always inevitably lose established players either to the NHL or to Europe.

AHL is basically same level as SHL, NLA, Liiga.

Maybe in terms of talent but an AHL team would get destroyed by a team from any of those leagues. Lack of structure
