when can the Phillies be considered a juggernaut? Weak schedule and all but still an amazing stretch of games. Feels like they were 8-8 or whatever not too long ago

They are certainly a Top 2-3 NL team and top 5 overall but we'll know if they're a juggernaut after they get through the tough July schedule.
