I went to last night's ASU game vs. Stonehill College, one of many private schools in Massachusetts. I generally dislike college sports for manifold reasons, but the game was a lot of fun. Play has the same structure as NHL hockey, albeit with more mistakes, and players are skating aggressively all the time (okay, sometimes when they shouldn't be). Stonehill gave them a game mostly due to good goaltending, but ASU mostly dominated, and prevailed.
One nice thing about the experience is a complete lack of opposing fans in the barn. Second-ranked Denver is up next. Tickets are typically around $30, so I think I'll go to one of those games as well.
