Ive been on this journey thats fluctuated over the last year. in all ive lost 30 pounds to date but as i said its been a rollercoaster.
Im going to start working nights in a few weeks for a project and the last time i went on a long stint of nights i gained 30 pounds.
I dont want to lost the little momentum ive gained the last 2 months and want to continue to try and get healthier.
Anyone have reccomendations for dieting and staying healthy while working at night.
