Maybe this thread can be updated
The top 10 oldest living players now are:

Wally Stanowski (95)
Ed Barry (95)
Bob Fillion (94)
Chick Webster (94)
Jim Conacher (93)
Paul Gladu (93)
Leo Reise, Jr. (92)
Add a link to each thread for quick referenceLooks up to date to me:
As for your second request: Nunymare intentionally started a specific thread of its own to list deaths of former NHLers, so why merge them?
Jeez. Milt Schmidt. Couldn't help like the guy if you ever saw five seconds of an interview with him. Loved him on Legends of Hockey: I'd do it all again! Let's go!
So now who would be the oldest living NHLer?
It's very sad to hear of Milt Schmidt's passing. He was a link to another era. To my count, there only remain 3 living hall of famers born in the 1920's or earlier:
Johnny Bower (1924)
Ted Lindsay (1925)
Red Kelly (1927)
Ted Lindsay (1944-) and Red Kelly (1947-) are the only hall of famers to have played regularly in the 1940's.
Howie Meeker born 1923 was rookie of the yr vs gordie howe
Chick Webster at 96, followed by Jim Conacher at 95
Shouldn't this thread be "Oldest living former NHL players"? A list of oldest NHL players would be Jagr, Luongo, etc.
