Marchenko / Morozov / Podkolzin are proving to be a dream team this season but I wonder if they will stick around or if they'll try and jump to NHL next season?
I think Jokerit has its best team ever in the KHL but I'm afraid they will fall short against both CSKA and SKA in a best of seven series. Jokerit has probably the oldest lineup in the whole league and they don't have that many players in reserve who they can cycle in back-to-back games. SKA and CSKA have a lot deeper roster than Jokerit. And they are much younger too. Jokerit's main guns like Lehtonen, Jensen and Regin are very very good but after that there is not that much depth. World Championships hero Marko Anttila looks slow and tired out there.
Jokerit will most likely face either Lokomotiv or Spartak in the first round. Lokomotiv would be a much tougher opponent for Jokerit imo. I would actually bet against Jokerit in this series. Against Spartak Jokerit should win in 5-6 games.
Looks like Admiral has ran out of magic sauce... They still have a couple of easier games remaining but they are not trending up...
WOW! How is that even possible? Andrei Kostitsyn scores from behind goal line
Must be real person for making the mistake of calling Mikko Lehtonen a forward earlier.I can't tell whether there is a real person behind your posts or just a bot of some sorts. All your posts are robot-like
Really no other choice at the moment, Kalnins is (according to the team) sick. Well he has been sick for a while and not even dressed for the last couple of games so I wonder how his form will be in the playoffs...Nice of Jokerit to do Torpedo a solid and start Niemi as well.
