Interesting long term investment by the team. Could this be part of a bigger long term plan to move team to downtown Ft.Lauderdale?

Holiday Park might Be the only patch of dirt in eastern Fort Lauderdale that could fit an arena.

I might be wrong on this but the dealings with BBT were mostly with city of sunrise and not Broward County government.
