Chirping someone in the box while taking a diving penalty is rough... but I'll take any kind of passion from a player then what I am use to seeing in Buffalo...

He'll have to belly flop to get a call in Buffalo lol. I suppose playing the refs wouldn't work very long in the bigs though

So it's been a week since the Frontenacs were eliminated and there is no ATO to go to Rochester or be around the big club. I would think seeing how pros prepare might be good for someone who needs to put in a lot of physical work to improve.
