Voting is done before the playoffs, so it will most likely be going to Hellebyuck. But still, nice for Demko to be a finalist - I'm guessing he finishes 2nd when it's all said and done.

And what a turnaround for Bobrovsky from 2 years ago. A Finals run, and now a Vezina nomination.

It’s funny how much a good team around you helps as I think he was better in 21-22 but only finished 7th. Well deserved though. Would have been interesting if he didn’t get hurt, but will probably finish second to Helly.

Fortunately for the goalies in question, the Vezina is based on regular season stats.....because Demko has basically been injured for the last month and a half.....and Hellebucyk is being lit up by the Av's like a pinball machine.

The only guy who's stayed on form is Bobrovsky in Florida.....but then the Panthers just dispatched the Lightning in five games and really didn't rely very much on goaltending to do it.

But seems to happen every year......it's the unheralded goalies who seem to lead their teams to the promised land.
