Has anyone every used any of these cloud solutions in their company or personally? I am trying to see if there is any way to upload ISO's that already contain my flavor of CentOS that is running my companies proprietary technology. All i can find is they give you options to install VM with Linux itself on it.

As far as I know, the only officially supported way to do anything like that is to install everything you need on a local VM (should even be able to use VirtualBox) and then import the VM into EC2. Once in EC2, you can create a custom AMI out of it and use it however often you need.
