Maybe Cora should try this with Hamilton.

I still remember this being drilled into my head in TEE BALL. Every year, it was drilled on us. If we missed the bag at practice, your ass was RUNNING a lap. Period. You don't make that mistake again.

How these professionals are missing, skipping, etc over the bag is truly mindblowing.

And I played with the boys from age 5 til 14. I was the only girl in the league. I didn't have the luxury f***ing up. I can't believe professionals making good money f*** this up on the daily. 🤣

When do we question the strength and conditioning program or the training staff?

Seems like every year lately there's a conga line to the DL. Then you have guys like Sale who leave and goes from bed ridden to not missing a start.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it feels like there's fundamental issues there

Is there such a thing for baseball?

LOL. The old Sunscreen & Rosin trick to get your hand nice and tacky. Oldest trick in the book. I think Scherzer got nailed for doing it last season....My personal favorite is this brand.

Put a little bit on the back of your neck, wipe it on your pitching hand, and load up on rosin. It works great....

I only do it purely for the safety of the hitter......:naughty:

I need a study on whether using a substance to gain a better grip on the ball can help reduce injuries. If that could be proven then let them use. Unless it leads to pitchers being unhittable.
