Well, it becomes exponentially more difficult when there is nobody actively covering him.

I don't understand how stupid NHL defenders need to be to not recognize patterns like:

Draisaitl shooting from below the face-off dot to the right of the net;
Ovechkin shooting from above the face-off dot to the left of the net.


Just what was Cole thinking there, is unbelievably baffling to me.

Cole had no choice the forwards give McDavid inside ice He don't come out he walks right in.

It’s crazy that within the same shift Bouchard can make a play that only the best defenders or players in the world could pull off and also make some of the dumbest, lowest iq plays at the blue line.

I have no confidence when watching him dance the blue line tbh but incredible smart offensively in terms of generation and finding space.
