Hell, package the whole thing for a signed #1 center such as SJS Hurtl for example plus an unproven elc potential power forward that's on the crusp or a brusing defenseman that's not a total liability. They need a true #1 center; they need to do something. And because of money people need to go. No guarantees waiting for summer FA.

love to see it but in today`s game, those players are few and far between and many of players like that can actually play and eat up some minutes not like a Reaves in TO whose pasted to the bench for 55 mins nightly

would a guy like Liam O`Brien fit the mold? Not sure, don`t see him play enough

I think this team is soft as butter on the back end too

every year I expect nothing from Sweeney and every year he manages to do something, I suspect the same for this year
