Please note that at this time, we are currently completing network tests during the CHL pre-season games to ensure a successful streaming experience for the 2021-2022 CHL regular season.
The 2021 Pre Season games are not included with your CHL TV subscription but everything will be up and running for the regular season.
Once the regular season starts and you'd still get any streaming errors, you can follow the suggested troubleshooting steps on our Help Center on

It includes the minimum speed and device specifics that you must meet in order to run the stream smoothly, as well as few recommendations on what you can try to resolve the issue more quickly.
