I like the podcast but it drives me crazy that the Rangers' bubble loss doesn't count as the playoff but the Pens' bubble loss does. I'm pretty sure the Penguins missed the playoffs in 2020 because they lost the play in round just like the Rangers.

The Pens were the underdog in 2015 for sure, so them never being the underdog is wrong.

I have no idea. If you lost in the play in round you technically didn't make the playoffs but it's the Pens so people pretend like they did.
