Good winning percentage in the regular season but when it came time for the playoffs no coach has done less with the talent he’s had at his disposal. 4 years of playoff failures needs to result in some accountability here.
Here's the thing about winning the regular season, game strategy is much less important than talent.

Let's use the Panthers as an example, since they are the most recent team to run over Keefe's Leafs.

In 10 days in January their schedule was
in Vegas
home to Van
in Buf
in Tor
in Mtl
home to Minn
So playing 6 different teams, it's impossible for a coach to map out a unique game plan for each team.

However, once the playoff starts, a coach can develop a targeted game plan to maximize his team's strengths, while capitalizing on a single opponent's weaknesses.

And it is here, that Keefe gets exposed time after time after time.
Torts, Ducharme, Cooper, and now Maurice have all made Keefe look inept.

Cannot wait for the announcement that he's gone.
