I've been out of competitive hockey for awhile but played at a high level otherwise. I'm getting back into it and have signed up for two adult leagues for the fall / winter.
I did a lot of dryland training when I played competitively, upwards of 5-6 times a week. I've recently been following this routine in conjunction with my normal time at the gym and I feel great whenever I'm on the ice. I'd still like to find something a little better though.
Does anyone have any dryland training routines to share?
