Kaprizov is elite fast.....and talented....don't think Demidov is in the same league speed wise.I think that's a pretty good comparison. I think Demidov reminds me somewhat of Kaprizov.

Yeah I guess its one of those "I told you so" type of takes where the person waits 5 years to brag about how they were right and you were wrong, but when it doesn't come true, they completely ease it from their memory. He is just laying the groundwork to say how Davidson is dumb and made a bad pick so that when Eiserman scores some goals in NCAA next year he can continue saying how stupid it was.
Kaprizov is about as "elite fast" as Bedard.Kaprizov is elite fast.....and talented....don't think Demidov is in the same league speed wise.
I've heard Demidov compared to Nikita Kucherov. After watching that I would be pleased with Chicago taking him.
I can't say how fast he is, but I don't think Kaprizov outskates him that much.Kaprizov is elite fast.....and talented....don't think Demidov is in the same league speed wise.
the eye test to me on Demidov and speed is he looks above AVG.I can't say how fast he is, but I don't think Kaprizov outskates him that much.
If we spread out our talent , what about Slaggert with them ? Nice to hear what many of us are thinking .I've seen Demidov play probably 20 times in March and April with most of those viewings being in the playoffs. I haven't seen Levshunov play nearly as much - maybe 5 or 6 times.
My takeaways is Levshunov is at best a #3/#4. Demidov is a 1st line high scoring winger.
Demidov all the way. He and Bedard will make beautiful music together - especially if the 3rd guy on that line has great wheels and is a good puck retrieval guy like a Necas type.

I'm all for Demidov but I think he'll eventually will driving his own line because like Bedard, he's best with the puck on his stick and creating.
I feel like more people are switching to AL on there mock picks. there is another highlight I have seen a few times were he wrists it from the just inside the blue without to much pace and the goalie just whiffs on it. its a save 99% of the time. I hope he comes in under 6-2 and demidov is over 6' and 190. and has a great interview. if anybody has some video of him that makes him look like a cant miss project please post it. I dont think he is going to bad. would anybody be shocked if in 3-4 years he is the 5th best d in this draft behind Silanev, Yack, dickenson, Buim. pareyk? I would not be.I think Lev will be a pretty good 2nd or 3rd Dman but I think people will complain about him in the same way they do about Seth. I just don't see #1 Dman upside with him. I also think a potential 1st line winger in Demidov is more valuable than a #2 Dman.
His scoring plays from last year. Two of his goals were empty net, Lots of secondary assists. His shot doesn’t look that big to me by any stretch. These are his highlights
