Olympic lifts have so much more carryover to everyday life than traditional bodybuilding. I've been doing some with kettlebells (which come with their own advantages/disadvantages), not a barbell, but I've never felt stronger.Bench, squats, hang and power cleans, dead lifts and push jerks. Still enjoy those a few times a week.
