Brain dead delay of game penalty by Toews

Brain dead PK with both D at center ice on a simple Stars breakout, somehow Lehkonen the closest guy back as Girard-Manson were daydreaming

Just stupid f***ing hockey
Such simple defensive hockey. Why does Girard expect Lehkonen to bail him out back there? He is a forward. ONE defensemen has to be back there in case puck retrieval is necessary.
