Feels like that's the best bet for a good series. Anyone know why Aden Hill isn't starting for Vegas? Not a single series tied 2-2 in round one.
Edit guess there's still Vegas vs Dallas

Saros gives up 4 goals people want to give up assets for him .
Our d needs be a bel like Boston florida or Vegas a brick wall around there goaltendersGoaltenders are voodoo. His resume is still very very good. I will say sometimes players/goaltenders have bad periods of play and maybe an off season. Carey Price had some bad seasons but then bounced back.

It’s not as if the other teams been outplaying them though. The other goalie is just better. Lots of teams win games 2-1.
If you want the Leafs to play how they played in the regular season with less attention to detail on defence then the games would be 7-5 for Boston.
If you don’t trust your goalie, you can’t take any risks or pinches because it’ll end up in the back of the net. The regular season the games matter less so the team takes much more risks. You can afford to leave your goalie hanging and beat Ottawa 7-5, it’s much less likely you can light up a team like Boston/Florida/Tampa like that.
At this point, why not lose a 7-6 game instead of scoring 1 or 2 and lamenting missed opportunitiesIt's not as common in today's NHL. Florida won 2 games with < 3 goals en route to the finals last year. Vegas won zero.
Do you think Colorado trusted their goalie after he was terrible down the stretch and gave away game 1 despite scoring 6 goals? They continued to take risks because that's their game. And if they do go down a goal or two, it's not a tall mountain to climb. They know they can score.
Maybe the Leafs should take a page out of their own regular season notebook to score goals rather than this timid low event hockey that's gotten them nowhere. They're not built like those Islanders teams under Barry Trotz to consistently win low scoring games.
Adams is well, not a good GM.Also the Av’s may have snuck one by the Sabres in grabbing Middlestadt
One day it will have eyes. You mean you don't enjoy Rielly's wrist shot from the point?
Florida's PK is exceptional. It completely nullifies one of the best PP teams in the league.
But our Leafs always face insane goaltending in the playoffs. As evidenced by all the people that kept showing me goalie stats, the expected goal stats, the shots from high percentage area stats....It's not as common in today's NHL. Cooper should be happy with that period other than the GI call.
Panthers look beatable tonight.

No teams in the league had won more expected goal Cups than the Leafs in the past few years.
