The Toronto Six and Connecticut Whale emerged from the holiday break with weekend home sweeps over the Buffalo Beauts and Metropolitan Riveters extending their winning-streaks to six games apiece to stay locked in first and second place respectively in the overall Premier Hockey Federation standings.
