Doubt hell get 30 years. Hes a first time offender and it's a non violent crime. He also didn't defraud a pension fund or something seen as more sinister.

We need exponentially harsher penalties for financial crimes. The rich know that even if they get caught, it would take something massive to end up in jail and they get a fine and they change jobs and everyone forgets.

Make a $1,000,000 financial crime carry a harsher penalty than a $25 stickup
