This season people are gonna jump over Gaborik, but taking their career's into consideration it's Zetterberg without a doubt, it's just unfortunate he's playing injured right now, comes playoff time I take Z without looking back.

Zetterberg is one of the best players in the playoffs while playing a zound 2 way game in the regular.
Zetterberg is the man

Z can't hold a candle to Gaby when both are playing.

"Better" at what?
Scoring?
Faceoffs?
Diving?
Penalty min's?
Anyways, Zetterberg is the most complete of these two, by far.

Oddly Gaborik also happens to be better right now than Malkin, Getzlaf, and Iginla

Gaborik's 1 assist in the 2008 playoffs was pretty underwhelming. Until he can bounce back from that it's tough to vote against the player with 24 goals/51 points in 45 playoff games over the last two seasons.

Zetterberg. He's way better than Datsyuk.

This year it's fairly easily Gaborik, he's pretty good defensively too.

How about including Gaborik's first two playoffs.
23 games, 12 goals, 21 points. Most of that pre-lockout, and all of that playing a team where he is the only man.

Huge Gaborik fan but last time these two met Gaborik had 0 shots on goal. Zetterberg can shut down like no other and still produce 90 points a season

You're right. That was pre-lockout. 7 years ago he had a great playoff run. Since the lockout he has 5 points in 11 playoff games. That's a much better indication of the player you're getting today.
...and that 2008 performance shouldn't be ignored because it was truly pathetic. I had him in my pool and paid very close attention to that series against the Avs. I don't mean to get so negative on the guy but personally I believe he needs to bounce back from that showing...or lack there of.

Gabby's one of the favorite players, but Zetterberg all the way.

Zetterberg's been the whole way a couple times.

Seriously though, Zetterberg no question.

Z man gets the
moneys , and Z man gets the
honeys . (
a much more revealing photo... follow with care )
In all seriousness he's engaged to that hot swedish girl. So, until Gaborik can show me a hot Slovak i'm going to say Zetterberg.

Gaborik is definitely a better player but until he proves he can stay healthy, I'd rather have Zetterberg on my team.

I wish people would specify more clearly what they mean with "better" in polls like this.
I'd rather have Zetterberg for a season, but it sort of depends on what kind of player you need on your team.
