3/28/09 New York Rangers @ Pittsburgh Penguins 1:00 PM MSG

GP: PIT 75 NYR 75
W: PIT 40 NYR 39
PTS: PIT 88 NYR 87

NYR Road: 16-16-5

Figured I'd get it up, if anyone has any fancy graphics made already, just PM them to me, I'll give you credit.

Every single game from this point forward is crucial, and this is the biggest one of the season.

I don't have a good feeling about this game. The Rangers can't win in Pittsburgh.

Malkin has 50 more points than our leading scorer... lol

This game is why the game in Atlanta was so important. If the Rangers come away from this one with a point I'll be happy. 2 points and I'll do a backflip.

It could be worse, this could have been on a Sunday with NBC doing the broadcast.

One of the few that actually have a good feeling about this game. This starts a very tough schedule and it's going to be interesting to see how the standings look after our next 4 or 5 games.

With that said,

LETS GO RANGERS!!

Ouch @ the leading scorers discrepancy.

This is a killer stretch coming up. We don't ever win in Pittsburgh, then the Devils Monday, a rematch in Carolina from the shutout, a visit to Boston..yikes. And that loss to Atlanta was not the way to go into it.

I'll sign up for a point here, honestly.

The thing that scares me is that Malkin is just as capable of shredding our defense as Kovalchuk was.

If we win this game in regulation I will completely forget the debacle in Atlanta. I expected 2 points Thursday and 0 in Pittsburgh.

So if we end up with 3 points after those two I'll be thrilled.

Just don't see it though.

Afternoon........in Pittsburgh.....

Plus the fact our team sucks. Not looking good.

I'm also getting that "disaster waiting to happen" feeling about this game.
Hopefully they'll be able to control Malkin, because he can basically beat us on his own.

How can you be a Malkin fan first then a Ranger fan?

Completely ridiculous to me... Am I really the only one?

Yes you are. Loving a player is different from loving a team.

As for this game, I'll just continue to ask myself before every game which Rangers squad is going to show up.

Some people assume i guess just due to the avatar and the name. I've realized your a Ranger fan because you post on every thread on this board basically.
