Good luck, my trip to San Jose to see the Stars play the Sharks back in November didn't work out too well for the Stars. Very cool place to watch a hockey game, though.

Per Dave Tippett on the Ticket:
Steve Begin and Brian Sutherby probably won't play Saturday. Modano should play, and Richards is still up in the air pending practice and pre-game skate.

Here's my bold prediction.
If the Stars win this game, they will make the playoffs.
If they lose, they will not.
I know. It's bold.

We've actually been pretty good at the Shark Tank this season (One massive Turco gaff aside).
I reckon we'll play well but not get the 2 points, Sharks in overtime.

An afternoon away game in San Jose seems strange. Usually more of a LA thing.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but good luck Stars fans.
Sharks have won 3 of their last 4 (2 in shootout and one by a flukey goal) but they're certainly not playing well. The Stars skated circles around the Sharks 2 weeks ago, wouldn't be surprised to see it again.
It's probably because of your goodwill ambassador who's driven all the way out for this game (and I'm letting in the building for some reason with my spare ticket), but I'd like to see the Sharks in OT/SO today so the Stars don't go home empty handed, and I still get bragging rights.
Good luck again, Stars fans, although I don't think you'll really need it today.

Pre-game show said Richards would be back, and I didn't think Brunnstrom would play with the way practice looked yesterday but he did take the pre-game skate so we will see.
EDIT: Oh yeah, Modano is back too.

20 minutes to game and I can't find a damn stream. If Richards is really coming back we might as well make a playoff push right?
And trust us, we need all the good luck we can get.

Brunnstrom jumped in on the pile up at Turco's net.
