Linesman Thor Nelson verbally destroys Kyle Brodziak (or an Islander player)

Don't know if a YT is up yet, but in tonight's Oilers-Islanders game, Brodziak was going full steam along the boards in the neutral zone and demolished Thor Nelson (on accident).

After the play had stopped, the commentators were remarking about the incident and then the camera panned to Nelson with full, clear audio:

"Get your ******* head up!"

There was at least a full 3 seconds of dead airtime before DeBrusk chimed in with a comment.

It was absolutely hilarious when it happened. You could see Thor was mad as hell.

At the end of the game, there was a very questionable icing call against the Oilers which I think might be attributed to this as well.

edit - Thor may have been yelling at an Islander player who fired the puck right into him later in the same sequence

Thor Nelson sounds like a gimmick for the WWE.

I love the little 3 second pause after Thor rips the F bomb out, makes it so much more funny.

Verbally destroyed, as in I don't think Brodziak had a response for him.

I got a good laugh out of this during the game. The fact that his name is Thor just makes it that much better. Not sure why, but it does

haha thread title misleading or not that was pretty funny.

keep your f***ing head up! rofl

I like how the guys calling the game get a chuckle out of it so they can't talk for a few seconds. adds to the effect

Upon further review, Thor might have been yelling at the Islander who shot the puck into him with no pressure later on the same sequence.

Why did it have to be a linesman named Thor? A ref named Thor would have been so much more interesting.

Guarantee he'd have a cult following.

Thor...epic striped-shirt ******.

The next time I see him officiating a game I'm hoping for a clearing attempt right to his bag.

It was actually quite unprofessional when he said it and I was shocked to hear it, to say the least.

Not that it doesn't happen commonly, but usually the mics don't pick it up so clearly.

Aside from the commentators being speechless, I thought it was funny how they got the replay up and ready just so they could comment on the "hit" again.
