I really think he'll blossom here. The pysical aspect of his game should pick up aswell.

i'd love him to be sitting atop our second power play with coburn. we need a good passer to go with coburn's shooting.

i actually hope that hatch can play at a reasonable level and act as a mentor for both eminger and parent--his presence helped coburn a lot. if eminger can live up to any of that promise, i'd be perfectly happy with a lineup including kimmo, coby, parent, eminger, hatch, jones and kukkonen. we've got seven nhl ready players there and the addition of syvret and niskala gives us nine nhl ready d-men. depth problems solved...

Yeah I think Hatcher would make a good Defensive coach once he retires. Since most new prospects will be thinking mostly offense, good to have a guy like him around.

And Eminger looked good in the playoffs against us. hopefully it continues.

I think our coaching is set, and while I don't deny Hatch's intelligence or leadership, I think he is better served as an asset on the scouting staff and honing his craft on finding talent and eventually, move into developing talent.
