I'll take it. Aubin was nothing but useless. Just to get him off the Kings/Manchester is worth it.

Kings are really, really stockpiling picks.

Great trade for the Kings. That 7th rounder will surely be used to acquire much needed help on Defense, who can pair with one of our top 3 defensemen, like Brad Stuart....oh wait.

This is one of those Burke head-scratchers. Purely a depth move.

Ducks remove Bryzgalov for NOTHING and then get Aubin for draft pick. LOL.

I may be mistaken, but the biggest significance of this deal is that it's the first deal between the Kings and the Ducks, albeit a very minor one.

This trade was done for Portland. They desperately need some experience in the crease.

Both goaltenders with the name Jean-Sebastien now play on the Ducks!

Do you guys see Aubin getting a chance with the Ducks? Or is this just a depth move to have some insurance behind Giguere and Hiller?

No, he did not. As bad as Cloutier has been, Aubin has been worse. Aubin is absolutely horrible.

I laughed pretty hard when I saw this after some exteremely uneducated Leafs fans absolutely lost it and proclaimed him the goalie of the future (?) for his decent run, which was fueled by better offense anyhow.

Enjoy your time in the Ducks system, Aubin.
