OK I guess. We'll take the picks for a pending UFA. But would have preferred to sign Stuart rather than trade him.
Better yet, would rather have had Blake get us those picks.

Lombardi robbed again - this is basically a 3rd and a 5th
For Stuart?
Ugh

The Kings did well in getting the additional 4th.

I really hope for DL's sake he has an agreement with Stuart to resign in the off season, thus making this a "rental" trade. If the Kings dont get Stuart back, and with the failure to move blake makes this one of the worst season, from offseason to season to trade deadline this franchise has ever had.

Nice deal for detroit. A physical defenceman. Sucks detroit did just that move but it adds depth which is nice.

This deal's ok. Wouldn't mind it if they sign him as well.

2nd in 2008
4th in 2009
A pretty good addition, although the 2nd hurts a but. I hope he can add some depth on our injured D-line.

Stuart just get bounced around. I heard all Stuart wanted to do last year was to land in California, then he gets there and doesnt even stay for a full season...

Seems like we should've gotten something more for Brad.
And what's this I hear about Aubin being gone?

Stuart is an albatross, everywhere he has gone, they have underperformed.

Yep, 2 and a 4th sounds like a good price to me... that was the guy I wanted us to get to shore up the D... another brilliant move by Holland...

thank you captain obvious. It isn't as if the injuries are hurting the team and could cause them to not only lose the top spot in the west but potentially drop them to 3rd or anything.
