I have noticed that these towns in NJ have a lot of Devils fans, from seeing where they are from in Score-O, from meeting fellow fans at games, seeing where they are from on message boards/etc. I will also list towns that I think have few or any Devils fans. (Not South Jersey, but in Central/North NJ and suburbs since our cities are not hockey fan hotbeds).
Post your thoughts on the towns too as these are my perceptions.

I don't think you can pin it down to a particular town. Everyone moves around in NJ, especially considering the economy recently.
Me for example, I started in Palisades park, moved to and grew up in Sayreville, and then moved to Hillsborough, then to Ocean township and then back to Sayreville again before I moved to Maryland.
Im surprised how many Devils fans I ride home with on the train back to Mercer County. There are quite a few in Hamilton which traditionally is Flyers country but, not many of them seem to care about the Trenton Devils. Im of only a few in Highstown. Back in highschool in the early 90's it was a mix of Rangers, Flyers, Devils and a few Pens fans. I hear its mostly a mix of Devils Rags at Hightstown high today. This came from a Flyers fan who is currently a student.

yeahhhhhhhhhh Slayerville
haha. sorry I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
I'm from Woodbridge and I can vouch that the trainstation typically has about 15-20 Devils fans waiting game day, and when you consider both the NE Corridor and NJCL serve the entire township, it's not too bad. Most people tend to favor Metropark because of the availability of parking and whatnot.
Brick/Manchester/Toms River have A LOT of Devils fans.
What you will notice is that once you hit Mercer/Burlington County lines, it turns into Flyers Country. Not saying there aren't Devils fans there or further down in South Jersey, as my cousins who live in Hamilton Square, Fieldsboro & Manahawken root for the Devils. But...if we were to go out to a local pub or even an Applebees to catch a game, the Devils fans are the minority to the Flyers fans.

Im right between Princeton and Freehold. You get a mix of the 3(NJD PHI NYR) in Princeton but, Freehold is I'd say a slight Devils over the Rangers ratio.

LK, I guess you had to get rid of the Elias doghouse avatar, eh? Considering Patty is back to his good ole self.

Exactly and I was going to put Oduya in there but, he's doing ok of late. I don't like to put anybody in there. It's a thing called tought love. Elias is not going to put up the points numbers that we all would of liked but, he is a key intangable to our sucess right now. Tied with Iginla in GWG's nice.

I live in Burlington County and its all Flyer fans, except lil ol me of course.
I've lived in Bloomfield, Bayonne, Glen Gardner, and Toms River. I've seen Devils fans everywhere except in Glen Gardner. Since it was right on the PA border mostly Flyer fans.
i myself live in Marlboro ,and from how i see it there are alot of devils fans here. i remember about 2 months i went to applebees( in freehold) with a few freinds (who are also devils fans) and there was one ranger fan there with his jersey on. not only did we give him ****, but so did 200 other people at the applebees. when i go to devils games from Matawan-Aberdeen there is alot of devils fans.
Bergen County overall seems pretty loyal to the Devs... am I correct in this assumption?
I believe so, one of my coworkers who works nights lives in Bergen county, last week I was getting my jersey on ready to head out to a game and he says, 'Oh you too eh? My train was packed with people in red! All of them either already drunk, or in the process of getting drunk!"

I'm originally from Marlboro. I remember Marlboro High being pretty evenly split between Devils and Rags fans back in the day (late 90's).
