I think he’s making the natural progression players make from year to year, especially in the first four to five years, Now the big improvement I see in his game is
he’s trying new things offensively. Some of the moves he makes one on one, we didn’t see that before. He comes down with pressure on him last night, makes a great
in-tight move and puts it upstairs. That’s as nice a goal as you're going to see."

I’m sure it is improving, just not to the degree of quickness that he’d like to have. He’s out tomorrow. You’ll see him practice before you see him play."

Our goal is to wear down other teams, The last two wins we came back in the third and wore on teams.
You look at my goals this year and a lot of them are within five feet of the crease, It’s just a matter of sticking around there and you’ll get rewarded type of thing. I’ve been getting a lot of goals off the rebound or bouncing off me."

OT: I am currently watching the NHL network and they are showing a game between Boston and Montreal from April 20 1988, Where the Canadians are losing 4-1 thanks the Brian Hayward's awesome goaltending performance. So after Hayward gives up 4 goals he is going to be pulled but Roy didn't have is equipment ready so Hayward stays out for one more whistle and ends up being run by a Boston player charging the net and gets a forearm to the head and then hits the back of his head on the crossbar before crashing to the ground. Absolutely hilarious to watch

Could that crossbar possibly be the explanation to why Gayward is the way he is?
As usual i'll keep talking to myself in the GDT...
Modry just hit Toews by accident! And he may have injured him, maybe he should fall on top of poeple more often?
