Oprah + Ovechkin and Crosby=??????

Do you think it would be good for the NHL if Crosby and Ovechkin were on Oprah.

Personally i think it would be great for the NHL, Ovechkin would love national t.v. It would give the NHL some media attention.

as far as i've seen Crosby doesn't seem to have too much personality in interviews. Ovy would be great though.

I don't think the American housewives will start watching hockey because they saw Crosby on TV.

Actually, I'm an avid believer in the "Colbert Bump" so the NHL needs to send some guys to do an interview on the Colbert Report. We all know Colbert is a big hockey fan

That's why I said "fake or not". I really doubt that the American press will care as long as they have wood to add to the NHL-bashing fire. Hell, VS. just ran a segment talking about players trash-talking and taking things too far, and a lot of the segment revolved around the Avery incident

You know what might be a fun idea? Having players like Crosby, Ovechkin and others take out some of Oprah's fans in limos for lunch or something to that extent. I bet some fans would be very happy just to get the chance to meet them in person and chat about hockey for a half of an hour.

every stat of every player and coach who ever played a game
also the standings and summarized description of every nhl season AND descriptions of all the rules and awards and every other nhl thing that exists
