Bergeron went for a puck on a dump in the corner, Jones came in behind him. It wasn't that Jones made a cheap/dirty hit from behind but Bergerons head went into the half wall and his head really snapped back. It was from behind but it wasn't vicious.

You either didn't see it or you're an idiot. He went into Bergeron's numbers on his back and drove him neck and head first into the boards.
He just got a 5, a 10, and a game misconduct. Jones is going to get a huge suspension for this.

Right now I'd be concerned about severe spinal cord injury. I didn't see Bergeron make any voluntary movement - at least not with his legs.

Just to clarify, he did move a little. He's laid there not moving for a while, but during the little brawl after the hit, the replay showed him moving his right leg back and forth.
