Last night they had six or seven really good chances that didn't score, but they created a lot of momentum for us. "I think all three of those guys -- Calder, Willsie and Handzus -- are feeling better about their offensive games. The game is still one where, I don't care who you are, everybody gets a kick out of scoring and everybody finds value in scoring. So it's nice when that sort of thing spreads out. Right now, we've been jumping around a little bit in that group with Frolov. We've got O'Sullivan and Nagy with him right now. Before it was Armstrong. Armstrong has been playing with John Zeiler and Ivanans and they seem to have a little bit of chemistry right now and it was probably the best game that we've seen from Nagy. "When you get contributions from throughout your lineup, it takes pressure off of people. It distributes the amount of coverage that you get from top defensive pairs. They've got to respect more than just Anze and Mike and Dustin. Let's face it, they deserve a lot of attention right now because of how they've scored, albeit a lot of it's been on the power play."

It really gives your team confidence."

LET'S GO KINGS !
SPECIAL So. CAL FIRE NOTE's : The Kings, in partnership with The Salvation Army, will collect financial donations from fans as part of an effort to aid the victims of this week's Southern California wildfires. Donations will be collected at the Oct. 27, Oct. 31, Nov. 3 and Nov. 10 games. That's NOT tomorrow night's game; it's the following four home games.
Also, during the Nov. 10 game, the Kings will wear jerseys with a special patch honoring Southern California firefighters. Those jerseys will then be autographed and auctioned off. The Kings will also have a silent auction and donate a portion of ticket proceeds from the game. Kings players will also donate to the effort. It will be a strong statement if the Kings can continue their solid team play against a team like Dallas...it would be an even stronger statement if the Kings could get on a 3-game winning streak to follow up that piss-poor opening stretch; and, if they do beat the Stars and get on some kind of streak, they close out the month against the Oilers and Blue Jackets, who, while they aren't pushovers (especially not the latter), are some of the easier opponents that the Kings will be facing this year.
Taking these next three games, or even 2 of the 3, is also important if this team wants to keep themselves near the playoff pack, considering that EVERY SINGLE GAME in the month of November is against a division rival. I know the Pacific ain't what it used to be, but that stretch of schedule still looks pretty damn daunting to me and how the Kings handle it could, ultimately, play a large role in determining what kind of team we're going to see for the rest of the year thereafter. If they are successful in doing battle with some of the top teams in the West, it could bring this (as-of-late coming into their own) Kings team closer together and forge a legitimate playoff contender; if they are not successful, the month of November could demoralize and break this team apart, ending their post-season aspirations rather quickly...which is why it's important for LA to get on a roll heading into this hailstorm. And, make no mistakes, regardless of how much San Jose, Anaheim, and Dallas have been struggling lately, this next month is gonna be tough.

If we wanna show that we are improving, we have to play well and win against the Stars. We've played well in our last 4 games against playoff teams, but for some reason we stink against Dallas.
Anna Kournakova, Jessica Alba, The chick from Casino Royale, as well with the chick from Transformers. I prefer for them all to be together, mixed with some..... jello?

Damn ... even Cammalleri would call you a GLF
We gotta save something like for the CUP threads later dude
As much we owned Dallas in 05/06 season, Stars rebound with 9-0 streak.... huh
If Kings are not full of confidence now, I don't know when they should be. Another team aproach as we've seen at tuesday should be enough for a win. Dallas is really good in defense especially with Turco between pipes who allowed a single goal in a game early this season. But constant pressure should make him his work very hard tonight. Not an easy game fo sure, anyway 3-2 Kings win.
As I said Kopitar really underperformed against Preds, I was wondering did he have a bad day or he just saved some strength for upcoming matches since whole team really performed really well at that particulary game. Some point(s) on his account would be a nice rebound.
