Several of these top lists have Pronger and Niedermayer as Top-10.
I wholly agree.
Despite youth and scoring forwards being so heavily weighed here at HFBoards.
not sure if you're allowed to post that right now man.
Not until it's posted on the THN site atleast.
Part of the list maybe, but not sure if the full list is allowed.
Really? Ok, my bad.....just got my issue today, figured I'd share some of the info. If it's against the rules, by all means eliminate the topic, I guess.

Well I could be wrong, but I remember a few days ago, many posts in the Ultimate Pool Guide thread was closed due to information being posted.
Pronger number 2? Why? He had a great playoff for sure, but he was average (By his standards) during the regular season. Top 10 definatly, but I'd rate Lidstrom, Niedermayer, Chara, and Redden ahead of him for defensemen.
This list is pretty bad IMO. Pronger is a great D, but he isn't even the second best D in the NHL, nevermind 2nd best player. Both Lidstrom and Niedermayer are better than him.
How are Crosby and Ovechkin ahead of Niedermayer and Lidstrom?
because they just had two of the best rookie seasons ever? because they have very rare talent and will be the two top players in the nhl for the next 10 years?
i'm guessing you would have left gretzky and lemieux out of the top 10 after their rookie years as well.
The list is ok in my opinion. It isn't that bad. Although there are some that do need to be changed. Like Sundin being number 48. C'mon we all know he is better then that. Also, I do not think the Rob Brind'Amour deserves to be in the top 50. So he had a good playoff, good for him, but he is in his 40's he is to old and out of his prime.
