I want to say....

Denis for Fantasy
Vokoun for reality.

Denis is on the better team, with more firepower and a better defense.Vokoun is however the better goalie.

Tough call...but I'm going to say Marc Denis. Vokoun's been statistically better, but Denis is absolutely sensational on some nights and always gives his team a fighting chance...even if they don't exactly capitalize on it.

Tomas Vokoun is the real deal, but CBS has a better defensive team and they will get more wins then the Preds.

For fantasy stats, I'd have to say Denis, especially considering the shake-up Nashville has done w/their defense---IMO, Marc will have much better D-men in front of him.

Denis hasn't impressed me a whole lot. I've expected more from him. Vokoun has surprised me. I like Vokoun better.

Tomas Vokoun

he's the better goalie and even on a team like Nashville, I think he will put up better numbers.

Both of these guys are coming off hot seasons, but being as Denis has no playoff expierence I'd go with Voukoun.

I read this and just shook my head. Then I realized it was well before the season and it all made sense. It's impressive just how good Nashville was this year when weighed against expectations.

Yea, most "hockey experts" thought the Preds would be fighting for Ovechkin after turning over most of their defensemen. The Great and All Powerful Oz, on the other hand, predicted they would get into the playoffs

Yeah, but you've always been a pessimist. And the most pessimistic thing you can think of is the Preds making the playoffs while the Jackets battle for Ovechkin

I'll be the first to say I agreed with your prediction but also qualify it by saying so did a lot of other Preds fans. We all knew going into the season that our D core could be a wild card. Everyone was discounting it, but we knew it was our most talented D core by a good margin. They just needed experience.
