Nate Kiser Offered a Contract?

Anyone heard anything about Kiser being offered a contract?

He's listed under Columbus' 'In The Organization', but his profile just says 'Training Camp Invitee'.

However, I do not see any other training camp invitees on the page, unless I'm going blind.

He was re-assigned to Syracuse, so I assume he has a contract of some sort. Probably a two-way between Dayton and Syracuse.

How is that different than what I just said? I said "two-way contract between Dayton and Syracuse". When did I mention the Jackets?

This is from the official Syracuse Crunch Website:

Quote:
Kiser, 21, appeared in 52 games with the Plymouth Whalers of the Ontario Hockey League last season, recording 6 goals, 9 assists and 132 penalty minutes. Originally selected by Phoenix in the fifth round, 160th overall, in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, the Southgate, Michigan native, signed a two-way, American Hockey League contract with Syracuse this off-season.
