Here's exactly what happens...
The lower bar reads "connecting to media"..."buffering"...(something about codecs that flashes really quickly)..."error downloading codec".
Then a pop up appears which says "A codec is required to play this file. To determine if this codec is available to download from the Web, click Web Help."
I click the Web Help link and I get a message that the error
C00D10D1 has occured and there is a link to the WMPlugins.com website. That leads me to a download for "Windows Media Video 7" which I download.
Then I try the process again and the same thing happens.
