Stop protecting these players
I am tired of people treating the WJHC players as kids.
Sutter said that the reason they will do good is because he "is treating the kids as adult".
This coming a few days after a 16 year old boy lied in order to go to war.
If a 16 year old boy is mature enough to hold a machine gun and face death on a daily basis, it shouldn't be a problem to go out and have fun on the ice.
At 18 or 19 years old, you are old enough to drink in every province of Canada, you are old enough to get married, you're out of high school.
Some of them are already millionaires(Bergeron).
Probably 90% of them have lived on their own for 2 or 3 years.
So, they should be mature enough to take the pressure, and if not, it's time they grow up, because they chose this career.
That's my rant for monday morning.
