Shorthanded goals when two-man short

Don't know how often this happens, but I remember Serge Savard scoring one against the St-Louis Blues, must have been around 1969.

That was when Savard used to play some left wing for the Habs until two broken legs affected his mobility.

Brett Hull vs. Detroit during the 1995-'96 season, on a breakaway somehow

Mike Richards a couple of years back against the Leafs. A nice shot too right off the inside of the post and in. It was just that kind of year for Toronto

There was a similar thread earlier in the year. If you want to check responses, this is the link: http://hfboards.com/showthread.php?t...ghlight=poulin

IIRC, Fedor Tyutin's first NHL goal was a 5-on-3 against shorthanded goal

It's hilarious watching only Tom Poti come over resulting in a 2 man celebration. Uusually after a goal it's a 4-5 man celebration, but there Tom Poti had to skate halfway across the rink just so Park wasn't completely by himself.

you know what? it doesn't surprise me at all that mike richards has at least 2 of these. he's so dangerous in short-handed situations.
