Fredrik Olausson won Poll #8, thanks to everyone for participating, now time for Poll #9.

I added Robert Kron in this poll, if you wish to see someone added let me know.

wow, three mid-level swedish guys who are all probably top 15 in this draft. you didn't see that everyday in 1985. i still think simpson is ahead of olausson and dahlen, though. abrupt end to his career or not, i'd take the 50 goal season and key contributions to three lengthy playoff runs (two cups) over a longer, less spectacular career.

For me, coin flip Dahlen and Simpson. Leaning towards Simpson, but I might be polluted by memories of the year he joined the Oilers.

I think Steve Chiasson is the best choice here. He was a very decent and servicable NHL defenseman for several years, and had a great slapper from the point.

Tragically, his career was cut a bit short when he died in a car accident.
