First of the 3 tough road games in 4 nights. Gotta win this one with Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh coming up. Tampa Bay is yet to lose at home in regulation.

By the way, I thought this was kind of funny--

Any other Rangers STH get an email from the Panthers and the Lightning? Apparently the Rangers have some sort of ticket agreement with the two Florida teams, if you have Ranger season tickets you can get 10% off tickets to these away games in select sections.

Are Florida teams that desperate to fill thier seats they have to bribe the away teams fans to come?

In an 82 game season, you're going to need some nice win streaks to stay alive.

Let's hope yesterday was the start of something glorious.

LETS GO RANGERS!

Kotalik - badly bruised ribs
Staal - upper body injury but still playing

No.He had a broken bone in his foot and apperently is much better now since he can actually turn around when he's skating on the ice. Had he had a broken foot he would have been out about a month.

After the 7-goal streak against the BJ's the second half performance in that game wasn't too great IMO, hopefully they can pick it back up again. Gabby'll score, that's nailed on.

Let's go Rangers!

I'll be leaving to go to the game in two hours or so (four-five hour drive from Tampa to Sunrise). This is going to be my first Rangers-Panthers game down there. I'm so pumped, especially after that win on Monday. Hopefully we'll pound pucks down their throat too.

I thought breaking a bone in your foot was a broken foot?

lol Not just that, they need money. My friend's step-dad works for the Lightning and he said, this was last season, the Lightning's money situation was so bad that they started charging the players to park their cars in the Forum's parking lot... Now that's pathetic. I don't know how it's going this year, but...

Would be nice to keep the offense going, but I'm not seeing it tonight.

3-2 Florida, Higgins with the hat trick.

It probably has something to do with the fact that almost every older person in NY state retires to Florida for the winter. Therefore many people may have homes down there where they may go stay for the week the Rangers are down there if they can get tickets.

Oh, and a prediction:

Rangers win 5-3

Higgins
Parenteau
Gaborik(PP)
Redden
Drury(EN)

Mccabe
Horton
Frolik

Nov 21 LW Enver Lisin, who has remained in the lineup despite a fractured bone in his foot, has no goals in his last nine games.

Per Zipay 11/19

Quote:
Lisin, who has a hairline fracture of his left instep, said the injury was affecting his skating, especially when stopping. "Rest would get it healing faster," he said, "but we have a lot of games coming."
His condition has improved but he's still skating with a fracture in his foot and only sat out one game. He deserves some credit in my opinion, we really couldn't afford to have another forward out with an injury. He may not be scoring but he was visible last game and his defensive woes are overrated in my opinion.
